Egyik kedvencem a minestrone, azaz olasz z\u00f6lds\u00e9gleves, amit teljesen &#8222;ad hoc&#8221; alapon, az otthon l\u00e9v\u0151 z\u00f6lds\u00e9gekb\u0151l is meg tudtok csin\u00e1lni. A l\u00e9nyeg, hogy szezon\u00e1lis z\u00f6lds\u00e9gekb\u0151l csin\u00e1lj\u00e1tok! \u00c9n mindig teszek bele r\u00e9p\u00e1t, \u00e9s brokkolit. De mehet bele cukkini, sz\u00e1rzeller (n\u00e1lunk ez allergia miatt kimarad), \u00e9desk\u00f6m\u00e9ny, kelk\u00e1poszta \u00e9s bab is. (Ez ut\u00f3bbit el\u0151z\u0151 nap \u00e1ztass\u00e1tok be, \u00e9s f\u0151zz\u00e9tek meg el\u0151re puh\u00e1ra.) Tehettek bele szalonn\u00e1t, \u00e9s t\u00e9szt\u00e1t is, de nem k\u00f6telez\u0151. Az a j\u00f3 ebben a levesben, hogy sz\u00e1rnyalhat a fant\u00e1zi\u00e1tok! A brokkolit r\u00f3zs\u00e1ira szedem. A paradicsomokat megh\u00e1mozom (leforr\u00e1z\u00e1s ut\u00e1n leh\u00fazom a h\u00e9j\u00e1t), \u00e9s azt is nagyobb kock\u00e1kra v\u00e1gom. Az <a href=\"http:\/\/www.igazioliva.hu\">ol\u00edvaolajon<\/a> megfonnyasztom a p\u00f3r\u00e9t, ha van otthon, hozz\u00e1adom a szalonna b\u0151rt, vagy a kock\u00e1ra v\u00e1gott bacont. Ez egy kicsit f\u00fcst\u00f6s \u00edzt ad a levesnek, nagyon finom lesz t\u0151le. Ut\u00e1na belepr\u00e9selem a fokhagym\u00e1t, r\u00e1dobom a bab\u00e9rleveleket \u00e9s r\u00e1teszem a s\u0171r\u00edtett paradicsomot. \u00c1tkavarom, \u00e9s hozz\u00e1\u00f6nt\u00f6m a felszeletelt z\u00f6lds\u00e9geket, paradicsomot, \u00e9s a brokkolit.
