Egy falat kacsam\u00e1j pat\u00e9, bevonva v\u00e9konyan feh\u00e9rcsokival, a t\u00e1ny\u00e9ron szint\u00e9n akt\u00edv szenes morzsa \u00e9s c\u00e9kla p\u00f6tty\u00f6k, cseresznye darabk\u00e1k, \u00e9s egy m\u00e1sik pici g\u00f6mb\u00f6cske, egy puha kis t\u00e9szta, mint bri\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sokan mondj\u00e1k, hogy a molekul\u00e1ris konyhai fog\u00e1sokt\u00f3l nem lehet j\u00f3l lakni, h\u00e1t vacsor\u00e1ra nekem ez m\u00e1r el\u00e9g volt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De most k\u00f6vetkezett a k\u00e9t f\u0151\u00e9tel. Az egyik lapos hal \u201eosztriga\u201d, kir\u00e1lyr\u00e1k, branzin\u00f3, leveles paraj, tengerv\u00edz,ehet\u0151 homok. A t\u00e1lal\u00e1ssal egy tengerpartra vet\u0151d\u00f6tt kagyl\u00f3h\u00e9j lett imit\u00e1lva. A morzsa volt az ehet\u0151 homok, a paraj a moszatok vagy alga, a kagyl\u00f3ban k\u00e9kes savanyk\u00e1s l\u00e9, mint &#8222;tengerv\u00edz!. \u00c9s alatta is. Abban &#8222;\u00faszott&#8221; a hal \u00e9s a r\u00e1k. A hal (branzin\u00f3) el\u0151re p\u00e1colt, \u00e9s \u00fagy s\u00fct\u00f6tt, nagyon finom volt. A kagyl\u00f3ban a laposhal osztriga gyakorlatilag egy halp\u00e1st\u00e9tom volt. A paraj kell\u0151en fokhagym\u00e1s. \u00c9lm\u00e9ny volt a szemnek, \u00e9s a sz\u00e1jnak egyar\u00e1nt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A m\u00e1sik f\u0151\u00e9tel\u00fcnk a kacsamell m\u00e9zes magvakkal, polent\u00e1s burgonyakr\u00e9m, szecsu\u00e1ni meggyhabos t\u00e9sztafelf\u00fajt, barna csiperke. A kacsamell t\u00f6k\u00e9letesen roz\u00e9ra s\u00fctve.
